Vintage French Art Deco Dessert Service, Set of 13

From Faiencerie d'Orchies Nord, this gorgeous art deco dessert service was hand crafted in northern France in the 1930s by the well known Moulin des Loups company. It has a beautiful robin egg blue color with a gilded trim and accent. The gold edges have a beautiful shine and the blue color is pristine has not faded with time. The plates have a delicate scalloped edge. The set is in excellent condition. This is a rare find.

Faiencerie d'Orchies Nord, Moulin des Loups, was a celebrated porcelain and ceramic maker in the north of France near the border of Brussels after WWI. It closed its doors in the 1980s. These vintage pieces are a rare find.
